At BWEL, we call our volunteers “Champions” because we believe they are! Our Champions show up and give back. They advocate for the needs of their neighbors, their classmates, and themselves. They make it possible for us to serve our community. So we consider them heroes!

Champions at the SCHOLAR Zone
The SCHOLAR Zone program needs Academic Coaches, Tutors, and Play Champions (childcare) to serve our parent scholars and their children.
Additional Champion Opportunities
BWEL is also currently seeking volunteers with expertise in many areas. We are currently a volunteer driven initiative and will remain so in the short term. Any skills you have to offer are welcome!
